When we got into our room, we found that our shower was not working so i requested for it to be fixed, the staff told me that it would be fixed the following day at 10AM. In the mean time, they gave me a pail and "tabo". Imagine my surprise when i got back at 6PM still the same malfunctioning shower. To make matters worse, our bed had BED BUGS!!! I complained at the front desk about our shower, had i not asked them to transfer rooms, i would still be taking a bath the barriotic way! When we told them about the bed bugs, Karen, the officer-in-charge told us not to forget the room number so that the next time we go back, we will not be put in that same room. WHAT THE!!! Im with my boyfriend and it was our 6th year anniversary, we really want to make it special, and Baguio is one of our most favorite place. Whenever we are in Baguio we always stay at Veniz. It is the most logical place to stay in Baguio, specially if you're on a tight schecudle, it is located at downtown Baguio and just in front of Burnham, walking distance to the market, Session road and everythin' else!!!
