	Just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to, doesn't mean they don't love you with the all they have. Ralph and Edna were both patients in a mental hospital....one day while they were walking past the hospital swimming pool, Ralph suddenly jumped into the deep end. He sank to the bottom of the pool and stayed there. Edna promply jumped in to save him. She swam to the bottom and pulled him out. When the Head Nurse Director became aware of Edna's heroic act she immediately ordered her to be discharged from the hospital, as she now considered her be mentally stable. When she went to tell Edna the news she said, 'Edna, I have good news and bad news. The good news is you're being discharged, since you were able to rationally respond to a crisis by jumping in and saving the life of the person you love. I have concluded that your act displays sound mindedness. The bad news is, Ralph hung himself in the bathroom with his bathrobe belt right after you saved him. I am sorry, but he's dead.' Edna replied, 'He didn't hang himself, I put him there to dry. How soon can I go home?'. Dalawa ang anak kong lalaki. Yong panganay ay fiber optics technician sa Kaiser at yong isa naman noong natapos sa academy ay na assigned sa Folsom bilang isang police. Isang beses lang sila nakarating ng Rosario kaya lang ayaw ng bumalik kasi takot sa ipis at lamok. Yong gwapo ko namang asawa nagretire sa navy noong 1998 then pumasok sa US Treasury dito sa San Franciso. Taga gawa siya ng pera pero broke naman parati. Pagod narin akong katratrabaho dito sa Napa State Hospital kaya pag-edad namin ng 55 we are going back to our beloved town of Rosario para magtanim ng gulay at makakain uli ng fresh na isda. Kung balak mong mamasyal dito sa California o Las Vegas daan ka naman dito sa amin para makita mo yong aming kubo-kubo. As a hotellier and a professor of hotel and restaurant management program here in Manila, in my own opinion as I see it,I think you have to change those pictures into good one to be able have more guests, to attract more tourists and encourage them to patronize your business. When you try to sell a product make sure that you give the most out of it and in return, I tell you, you will gain good results of it. For example, when you take pictures you have to capture the clean and in order bedroom, restrooom and other facilities of the property. You have to advertise the services of course. Like, the 24-hour room service for food and beverages; and the affordable room accommodations. As part of advertising, you have to make some strategies, like, giving pamphletes/brochures,flyers to sell the product which the following: food and beverages; room accommodations; catering; small bar; or you can create something to maximize what are the products of Allen. Am not criticizing your business, I just want to share my knowledge, abilities, and skills, bec. aside from a graduate of 2 degrees in BSHRM and MBA, I havd an experience in working in a hotel and teaching HRM program, here in Manila, and also taking the culinary arts in an international school for culinary arts andhotel management, so I have lots of experience when it comes to this business.
