No traffic like Manila, is that for real? I would love to go there sometime this year with my family. Definitely i will have Subic on top of my list. I just wish the government would take a look at your city and do something with the whole of the Philippines. Our country is dying for change in a lot of things ( Garbage / politics / trffic ). @ least Marikina proper is clean and the people cooperating ( but traffic is near close to Manila ).
