A very passionate woman both positive and negative and full of curiousity which I love in her. She is wanting to come home for awhile and stay at her home I on the other hand want to come to Maasin but am held here as the bread winner. I want terribly to come with her and may in fact take three weeks off work to do so. I know some folks there think us native born American are cold and loud but such is far from the truth. I admire her for her holding onto her culture while embrassing the American culture here. I too am just a s flexible. I miss living on the island of Okinawa. I've never been a city boy even though I was born near Washington D.C.. I love the country living and love quiet and peace. My asawa probably doesn't know how even a week without her pains me deeply as we are truly soulmates. I never saw her color, race or other differences I saw her and continue to see her as my love, all else is simply a package. A friend of hers told her I simply wanted a trophy wife (she was a Filipina. When I heard that I hurt deep inside as I felt sorry for the woman and her negativity. I'm a caucasian to the max. I mean white-blonde hair, sky blue eyes and unfortunately light skinned and I'm 14 years her elder but all that didn't matter as we both near instantly were attracted and felt a deep abiding love between us that seemed to transcend the ages. I would love any additional photos of Maasin as it will help me when I decide to surprise her with my unexpected visit after she arrives. Thanks for this moment. I been travelling the world since 1989 some other countries in Asia Middle-East and now in Australia. I am a very adventurous person I love travelling. Whereever I go I always wanted to go back to where I came from and always missing my beloved town pa before and now city Massin. When Im home im so happy and full of joy reuniting with old friends and relatives. And reminiscing those good and bad old days. At the same time I can compare our city Maasin to some places where I went that it is a place where it is rich in natural resources. Fertile green land, Vegetation, Abundant of water resources. But it is lack of attention I wish that our leaders could do something to improve not only the city proper but also the Barangays implement projects that could boast our locals livelihood. Officilas would develop projects to improve roads I strongly believe we need our own airport to attract tourism, water or irrigation systems to help our local farmers to cultivate their farms and have good produce hopefully this can help to improve the lives of our beloved farmers, These are just a few of so many things that we could do in order to transform our beuatiful city into an internatioanl attraction. Which I believe our city has a great potential. I always pray to God that one day this will happened If only all of us could unite to do this with the power of the God Almighty I believe we can do it.
