My husband loves Llorente the first time he went there.He took several pics around the town and show off to his friends here in southaven esp. the beach.His friends and family wants to visit sometime.My daughter put pics on our beach in her locker in school so her schoolmates can see.so let us continue to make Lllorente clean and beautiful.Regards to every1 i know in Llorente..God bless our town..

Let me tell you a crazy story I heard recently.There' s this husband who out of sheer love for his wife decided to prove it to her. So he swam the widest oceans, crossed the deepest rivers, and climbed the highest mountains to show his deep devotion to her. But in the end, she divorced him. Why? Because he was never home.(Get it?) Let me tell you an experience I had as a kid. One day, I asked Mom, "Why do my shoes keep eating my socks?" As a young boy, that was always a mystery for me. All my other classmates never had that problem. Their socks remained tight and high up their legs the entire day. Mom didn't answer my question but simply gave me two rubber bands which I dutifully placed around the top of my socks. To this day, fifteen years later, I still have permanent circle marks around my legs. But aside from giving me this slight defect, the two bands worked like magic. It never occurred to me that Dad and Mom didn't have the money to buy a new pair of socks for me. So I wore five-year-old socks, all soggy, grayish, and garter less. And yet amazingly, I never complained. I believe it was because Dad was always home when I needed him. Every night, after coming from work, we'd jog together, sit around, and talk about Tarzan, Farrah Fawcett Majors,God, and what I wanted to be when I grew up (a stockholder) . On Saturdays, we'd walk to Cubao, eat a hotdog-on-a- stick,and buy new rubber bands before going home. I've learned that in truth, we don't want our loved ones to show their love for us in big ways. Swimming the widest oceans, crossing the deepest rivers, and climbing the highest mountains seem spectacular - but that's not what we really want. Deep in our hearts, we just want them home. With us. Sometimes, God will operate that way. Suddenly, He decides not to answer our prayers, or fill our need, or heal our sickness, or give us the miracle we're asking for. (He's got reasons why He won't, and believe me - they're pretty good ones.) So He'll just be there beside you, holding you in a hug. Sharing your pain. Weeping as you weep. Oh, He might give you some rubber bands. And that small comfort from Him will be more than enough to sustain you. Because the most essential truth you already know. Ms. Princess, ito na po ata ang uso ang itago ang true identity. Kaya, why do you expect from me. I just noticed the difference of the comments lately and from before when this site was not yet popular. I am one of those who posted true e-mail addresses. Well, I have expected that a comment or reaction will be raised up regarding to what I said. Of course it’s your option whether you want to publish your true e-mail address or not, so be it. And I have my choice too. I, either, won’t bother spend money just to know who are the commentators of this site. I was just happy that after a decade of staying far from Llorente, I have seen the names I never happened to see personally. Every time I go through this site somebody adds a new message and those people browsing are excited seeing the pictures and reading the messages especially those who frequently visit our town, why do I know, because I also feel for them. Just seeing them in the website brought me a feeling of belongingness, that anytime I want, I can reach them through e-mail, hence the importance of true e-mail address. I feel elated and proud that after so many years we can now see the changes in Llorente through this website, because Samar particularly our town being named as a 4th class town has been left behind by the national government in terms of development and tourism promotion. It’s about time we commend the people behind this website. It’s just sad to say that because of this politics issue, the noble purpose of this website maker why they created this has been distorted by criticisms and exchange of opinions and malicious words which can be read only by us but not by the persons involved. The discussion of an unimportant topic (which is politics) was introduced which comments were said and reaction was made and another reaction from one’s reaction and eventually became a chain of reactions. This has nowhere to lead us but to word war. Nobody inhibits us to publish our opinions or comments or even debate with anyone else, it’s exciting, yes, but let’s be sure that the bases of our criticisms are true, objective, can be beneficial and will be read by the people concerned so that the messages we are imparting will dawn into their minds, so they reflect and weigh things out. I just hope that our comments should be in accordance with our good conscience and not make people feel mad. Makaarawod hit mga taga iba nga bungto nga nag-iinaraway kita. Two Choices: What would you do? ....you make the choice. Don't look for a punch line, there isn't one. Read it anyway. My question is: Would you have made the same choice? At a fundraising dinner for a school that serves learning-disabled children, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the school and its dedicated staff, he offered a question: 'When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does is done with perfection. Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot understand things as other children do; where is the natural order of things in my son?' The audience was stilled by the query. The father continued. 'I believe that when a child like Shay, physically and mentally handicapped comes into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature presents itself, and it comes in the way other people treat that child.' Then he told the following story: Shay and his father had walked past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball. Shay asked, 'Do you think they'll let me play?' Shay's father knew that most of the boys would not want someone like Shay on their team, but the father also understood that if his son were allowed to play, it would give him a much-needed sense of belonging and some confidence to be accepted by others in spite of his handicaps. Shay's father approached one of the boys on the field and asked (not expecting much) if Shay could play. The boy looked around for guidance and said, 'We're losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I guess he can be on our team and we'll try to put him in to bat in the ninth inning.' Shay struggled over to the team's bench and, with a broad smile, put on a team shirt. His Father watched with a small tear in his eye and warmth in his heart. The boys saw the father's joy at his son being accepted. In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay's team scored a few runs but was still behind by three. In the top of the ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in the right field. Even though no hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear as his father waved to him from the stands. In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay's team scored again. Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the potential winning run was on base and Shay was scheduled to be next at bat. At this juncture, do they let Shay bat and give away their chance to win the game? Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but impossible because Shay didn't even know how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the ball. However, as Shay stepped up to the plate, the pitcher, recognizing that the other team was putting winning aside for this moment in Shay's life, moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so Shay could at least make contact. The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed. The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay. As the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the pitcher. The game would now be over. The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman. Shay would have been out and that would have been the end of the game. Instead, the pitcher threw the ball right over the first base man's head, out of reach of all team mates. Everyone from the stands and both teams started yelling, 'Shay, run to first! Run to first!' Never in his life had Shay ever run that far, but he made it to first base. He scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled. Everyone yelled, 'Run to second, run to second!' Catching his breath, Shay awkwardly ran towards second, gleaming and struggling to make it to the base. By the time Shay rounded towards second base, the right fielder had the ball . The smallest guy on their team who now had his first chance to be the hero for his team. He could have thrown the ball to the second-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitchers intentions so he, too, intentionally threw the ball high and far over the third-base man's head. Shay ran toward third base deliriously as the runners ahead of him circled the bases toward home. All were screaming, 'Shay, Shay, Shay, all the Way Shay' Shay reached third base because the opposing shortstop ran to help him by turning him in the direction of third base, and shouted, 'Run to third! Shay; run to third!' As Shay rounded third, the boys from both teams, and the spectators, were on their feet screaming, 'Shay, run home! Run home!' Shay ran to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as the hero who hit the grand slam and won the game for his team. 'That day', said the father softly with tears now rolling down his face, 'the boys from both teams helped bring a piece of true love and humanity into this world'. Shay didn't make it to another summer. He died that winter, having never forgotten being the hero and making his father so happy, and coming home and seeing his Mother tearfully embrace her little hero of the day! AND NOW A LITTLE FOOTNOTE TO THIS STORY: We all send thousands of jokes through the e-mail without a second thought, but when it comes to sending messages about life choices, people hesitate. The crude, vulgar, and often obscene pass freely through cyber space, but public discussion about decency is too often suppressed in our schools and workplaces. If you're thinking about forwarding this message, chances are that you're probably sorting out the people in your address book who aren't the 'appropriate' ones to receive this type of message. Well, the person who sent you this believes that we all can make a difference. We all have thousands of opportunities every single day to help realize the 'natural order of things.' So many seemingly trivial interactions between two people present us with a choice: Do we pass along a little spark of love and humanity or do we pass up those opportunities and leave the world a little bit colder in the process? A wise man once said every society is judged by how it treats it's least fortunate amongst them.

Hey...Paris Hill of Thailand...Nandiyan ka pala sa Thailand sana kita tayo at naandiyan ako sa Pataya ngayong araw hindi ko lang alam yong oras ng dating. Doon kami sa bagong bukas na pier Laem Chabang Port Authority mga 45 minutes to downtown Pataya. Diyan ako sa may Hard Rock Cafe baka gusto mo inom tayo. Sabi mo kamo naandiyan ang tropa kaya ayos yon, mag inuman tayo. Apat na araw kami diyan kaya kita tayo. At saka....gusto mo, balak kong mag SOAPY. How are you there? It seems it's quite, probably, you have watched the extravagance and most ambitious opening of the Olympic in history. It was indeed amazing..chinese people showed to the world that they are one of the super-power nation on earth. A show of solidarity for their people as a nation and to the world with a different touch! I was moved. My fellow lanangnons, kung magkakaisa lang tayo kahit different partido, I assure you may malaking magagawa tayo sa bayan natin kahit lang maliit gaya nang fiesta. Minsan lang tayo umuwi at gusto natin maligaya ang stay natin. Magkaisa tayo gumawa tayo nang mga memorable events thru sa effort natin dahil tayo naman balikbayan ang mayroon like money (like diff. sports, games kids, adults..etc.). Hwag tayo nitong away-away dahil wala tayong mapapala at kung pumanaw at wala na tayo itong mga anak, pamankin, apo ang susunod sa yapak natin. O di ba ang sarap siguro nang bakasyon natin? Tandaan ang Buhay ay maikli lang mga kababayan. Open our hearts and mind..let's give love one another at makikita natin ang result. I know we are not born equal..may matapang, mabait, mapagtaas, pakumbaba pero mas marami sa atin ang may puso - pusong mapagmahal. Tayong mga pinoy malambot ang puso, magaling magmahal kung bawat isa ay marunong mag respect. To those who are pretending and hiding names here, I know you guys ay mapagmahal sa kapwa at ginagawa lang niyo itong laruan para mag enjoy sa arguments ninyo dahil miss ninyo ang bayan natin. di ba? Stop arguing..just give repect and love. Politics? Ok join campaign support your candidate - but learn to accept the result and live after in harmony..peace. This is also an appropriate site to ask our(town) local government what they are doing, project in planning, or if they ever promise during their campaign to get elected, have they fulfilled it? Its true they cannot hide anymore. Municipal Employees that dont have qualifications, let them go. Hiring teachers should be fair. We should place our fresh Llorente teachers immediately before they plan to go abroad. USA needs teachers too. Baka Mayo pa lang eh nandiyan na ako sa Llorente. Sa ngayon eh babalik ako sa Saipan for 6 Months balik ako reto nang first week nang March. 6 months lang kasi ang contract namin.
