I'm staying in Tarlac right now. But last week (1/28), I was in Limay. It has been 13 years since I was last there. Limay has really changed. The polytechnic college has replaced the old public market. And the St. Francis of Assisi Church is now yellow instead of pink. There are other changes too many to list. But the most important thing was for me to pay respects to the late Conrado Tayag. With his son at my side, I went to his tomb. I'm glad to have finally honored him since he passed away in Ocotober 2008. He was my beloved father-in-law. Limay is truly a beautiful and peaceful place. It has some of the nicest homes and the nicest people I have ever known. My former in-laws still treat me like family. I'll be sad when I return to the US in less than two weeks.
