I appreciate their sincerety... am a "good samaritan" also and from rosario n samar...a nortehanon flesh and blood... am optimistic that very soon samar will be in the world map... with all its god-given natural resources and some investors coming inn - and yes, the generous waraynons who live in other coubtries and now well off... the whole island of samar will shine (and she deserves to have a place in the universe). twice a year i visit samar (hometown)for a short vacation. i noticed gradual improvements and the awareness among its constituents of contributing something for our province (or hometown). its time-honored fiestas traditions are itched in their hearts and memories. they have big dreams for their for samar. some waray waray manila-based organizations were advocating for progress-related concerns to include love and concern for ecology and its preservations. am one of them showing my gratitude to my creator and proud to be a waraynon/nortehanon and a "good samaritan". As a hotellier and a professor of hotel and restaurant management program here in Manila, in my own opinion as I see it,I think you have to change those pictures into good one to be able have more guests, to attract more tourists and encourage them to patronize your business. When you try to sell a product make sure that you give the most out of it and in return, I tell you, you will gain good results of it. For example, when you take pictures you have to capture the clean and in order bedroom, restrooom and other facilities of the property. You have to advertise the services of course. Like, the 24-hour room service for food and beverages; and the affordable room accommodations. As part of advertising, you have to make some strategies, like, giving pamphletes/brochures,flyers to sell the product which the following: food and beverages; room accommodations; catering; small bar; or you can create something to maximize what are the products of Allen. Am not criticizing your business, I just want to share my knowledge, abilities, and skills, bec. aside from a graduate of 2 degrees in BSHRM and MBA, I havd an experience in working in a hotel and teaching HRM program, here in Manila, and also taking the culinary arts in an international school for culinary arts andhotel management, so I have lots of experience when it comes to this business.
