GV Pension is the only hotel we could find in Catarman, the rooms are too small, you can hardly move because it is just too little, Bed are small, Bathroom, everything. There is no Hot Shower but it has Air-conditioned and has cable T.V. |
The G-V only takes Cash! In October it was 5 flights and the walls were Pink The double Room is only about P600 with plenty of help from the Room Boys and very clean! |

The next day I stayed at SaSa Pension House located at Jacinto St Brgy Yakal. We stay at the one in Mambajoa, when are going to CDO or when we wish to see the lanzones festival. That place has hot water, what makes u think that it does not. And u r right the people there are very nice. In fact I sometimes talk to them and we learn a lot from each other. Only in a small place like that can u get to really know the people on a more personal level. So try to look at what is good. As for me I do not want to spend 68 U.S. dollars if I can help it. That is to much money. I would certainly stay again and again and again. Then we came back the 3rd & 4th of October after the Typhoon and it was really devastating to see this beautiful place destroyed, the hard part, being an American was that they were making on their own with NO HELP from the outside whatever..
