yes truly rice terraces is really wonderful and beautiful work of God. I do visit once a month in this place and every time i visit i always amaze the creation of God and for the hospitality of the people who leave here. As of now the road from Banaue, Ifugao to Mountain Province is already concrete. It is advisable to go there during summer not on rainy season because of falling rocks and landslide during rainy season. I recommend to my fellow filipino to visit banaue rice terraces and Sagada Cave youll never regret to visit such a wonderful creation and for those who are a nature lover like me, don't miss to visit. "Phil thank you...

Thanks for the beautiful pictures- reminded us of our visist in Dec.to Banaue-B0ntoc-Sagada. We were awestruck of the grandiose beauty of the terraces and the gentle people around us. No haggling from the locals - treated us kindly. We forgot to document the distance from Banaue to Bontoc, do you have any idea? Due to the windy roads, ATLAS maps are not reliable sources. Thanks

I congratulate and commend you for having time, courage and guts to post all your shots/pictures on your website for you, your friends and others (including me) to view and enjoy the panoramic views and sceneries of our beloved Philippines. For other's benefit you tried you best to give captions/description to every picture you posted. That's a sacrifice again on your part. I have nothing against your spelling/grammar coz for me it's not a big deal BUT since your site in mostly viewed and a favorite site, you may review or let others read your caption for better reading. I may also take this opportunity to seek your permission to borrow and save some of your shots for YOUTUBE postings and for promoting my province IFUGAO. Rest assured that your website will be properly acknowledged and I may furnish you with my postings.

Ito eh tungkol doon sa comment ni Ella Agustin (comment on 6/28/08) and Floz (CA)on 6/30/08.

Me and my family finally has a chance to visit the Banaue recently July 2008. It was quite an experience for us. The weather was great and blue sky. We stayed at Banaue Youth Hostel. P250 pp. No hot water that time but cold water for showering is quite an experience too. My son said freezing water!!! we survived. We bought some vegies and bangus at the market below and have it cooked at a local restaurant your way. Lutong bahay!! What a deal. We're going back next time to go to BATAD rice terraces. You can rent a Jeepney for P1600 per day to Batad. The people were nice, too much chewing "Moma" though.

Thanks for the great pictures of Banaue especiialy taking the front view of our hotel {las vegas lodge and restaurant} along the national highway...i hope it will help more tourists who are planning to visit the rice terraces and who are looking for affordable, clean, cozy, and a glimpse of rice terraces to consider las vegas lodge... An update information about our restaurant is that it is newly relocated at wonder lodge bldg, approximately 50 meters from the old location. The new site is still within the town proper and is more spacious to accommodate more people but we still serve the kinds of food and taste both local and foreign tourists have come to patronize..thus our "catch phrase" come to where the comfort and flavor is... Enjoy life and your safe travels. Thanks again.

It was amazing to see all the different locations in the province of Nueva Vizcaya. How I wish I was able to see these places when I was there more than 50 years ago in the small town of Aritao. I feel homesick and very anxious to go back home. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful pictures.
