	I had the oppurtunity to work at San Carlos in the mid 1990's and I love the place because of its laid back lifestyle, warmth of the people and simplicity of the place. I miss San Carlos and my friends from there.Looking from the pics, San Carlos has undergone major changes since then. I wish I could go back there to renew acquiantances and visit the place which I considered my second home. This is just the icing on the cake....The beaches of Sipaway and resorts can also surprised you...there is also a new park called.. People's park by the seaside facing Sipaway...and also the San Carlos Borromeo Church...and as well as the San Carlos mall near the City Hall....you have to see it by your own eyes....but for me as a local of the area... One most important thing that adds charm to the city... Is the people...they are great and lovely people...you will love to jog or walk with the nice view of Mt.Canlaon(volcano)...Don't forget the local Starbucks (Titing's cafe)....of course many places in the country are nice...but the more you know San Carlos the more you will understand its beauty....happy holidays!!! I used to go on a summer vacation there when I was still living in Manila and that was almost 25 yrs now. I am s surprised about the changes in there.
