If theyfeel any pain from the stomach or any part of the stomach help them to try to go to any Doctor only for check -up , but he must force themself to try to see any "Albularyo" to any of these sickness :LVM , Diarhea , Cough, pleghm , UTi, Kidney's, gall bladder , liver , ulcer or acidity (salty food , sour, came from any condiments,or any salty food 's that cause's. Head , any head injuries go and see the Doctor, any migraine see first the herbal Doctor albularyo ".If the pain is heavy and you can carry it . any pain in any part of their bodies , any pain from the back of the head or nape this is not a high Blood " When you think you are having a High blood pressure for First Aid prepare a basins and some pieces of block ice , put it in your head ( even migraine or head ache ) .IN any part of our intestine w/c big and small and the colon and the appendix or any of our rectal if some have sickness like that at first go and see the Doctor,if they cannot see , then another option. The lungs , too many sticks of ciggarette (you'll never notice how many sticks ) Then an allergies coming from your bodies ,it can be a ring worms, it can be boils, it can be scabies, or any skin allergies ..You can see in all television the causes and all the victims. Kindly help also all filipno people and all the childrens to pray for them in healing of all our sickness. A family , a Parents and , Husband and wives, and their childrens and relatives : we can see in television and news Paper:From REVILLA CASE and JUVENILE CHILDREN and HUMAN TRAFFICKING and CYBER SEX VIDEO IS AN EXAMPLE ". Plese pray that help , guide , protect and save , all in any dangers, like accidents, (vehicular and motor) any Stabbing .( ex: knife or Gun shot )LIke in Revilla case. Let the childrens give any information where they are , whom they come along with. it is because of what is happening today. Try to be keen observant to any children who uses drugs or mentally ill and help them..God will help YOU !! please try to help any Childrens who are not going to school w/ out any permission to parents and teachers or who are going out (cutting classess.) Chicken Inasal every corner in the street.. the old chicken inasal I've known and thr business is going strong i think it's "El Camino" I love the taste it was good.. thr original and proudly bacolodnon pride masterpiece, and if you going round in the plaza you can go straight to thr cathedral, plus no traffic, lot's of cab, friendly Jeepney Driver, (trisikad driver) also bacolod city known as the City of Smile, my family's place is in San Sebastian Street(front of Lopue's San Sebastian) +landmark+ (dunkin donut) it's like few steps and you're in Araneta street.. hehehe nice hotel to stay in Bacolod it's Circle Inn, .. no hassle, and you can enjoy private time with you're family. nice place to chill out for me (Mo2) golden field and Mo2 Ice (lacson) Spa..? driftwood.. Try Business Inn Hotel; it's in corner lacson-rizal streets; it's a jeepney-ride away from SM City; about 5 minutes. O-town hotel is also a few steps away from SM. It's along San Juan St. Circle Inn and L' Fisher are also good hotels. They're not that far from "down town" because Bacolod is a small place. The pics of the Cathedral and SM (it was still under construction) are from "down town" area. Try visiting Mambucal (Mountain) Resort, in the town of Murcia. It's about 25kms outside Bacolod. Climb the seven falls. Tourists love the place. And it's not that expensive. Entrance at around Php50.00 if I remember. Try Monokan Country near SM. Look for Aida's or Nena's Rose II.
