We went to the tourism and found out that the office was adviced since Mon,12th of july which there was no posting and no advice given to us in Dapitan. We have to travel via Cebu, stay overnight purchased tickets via Ozamis City. We went thru all these troubles, missing or local flights back to manila and the fear of also missing our international flight!
